Frances Emily Parker Blackwell, age 76, of Paris, passed away Friday September 18, 2015 a Henry County Healthcare Center. A Memorial Service is planned at the Vandyke Church of Christ Cemetery on October 17, 2015, 10:30AM. She was born December 29, 1938 in Henry County, TN to the late Elgin Isaac and Mattie Emily Davis Parker. On October 27, 1977 she married Robert Jackson Blackwell, he preceded April 13, 2008. Survived by a daughter: Pamela Kay Snyder, FL; sons: Phillip Alan Baucum, Paris, TN, Thomas Earl Baucum, FL, Clifford Elgin Baucum, FL; sisters: Sue Dell Hubbard, Paris, TN, Elgenia Sliger, Paris, TN; brothers: Larry Elgin Parker, FL, Jesse Darden "J.D." Parker, Paris, TN, Paul Henry Parker, Camden, TN and a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Preceded by a sister: Mary Lou Atchison and a brother: Thomas Joseph Parker. Mrs. Blackwell was a homemaker and a Christian by faith.
