Funeral service 10:00AM Monday, April 21st at McEvoy Funeral Home with burial to follow at Maplewood Cemetery. Named as pallbearers are Raymond Miller, John Foust, Ken Smith, James Daniel, Raymond Miller,Jr. and Chad Brewer. Visitation 4:00 - 7:00PM Sunday and after 9:00AM Monday. She was born in Benton County to the late John W. and Mamie Christoper Lindsey. On April 1, 1939 she married Finley Quentin "Bud" Robbins, he survives in Paris. Survived by a daughter Joy (Kenneth) Smith, Bethlehem, PA; son: Joe (Beverly) Robbins, Houston, TX; grandchildren: Chad (Debra) Brewer, Carey Smith, Adam (Rebecca) Smith, Catrina Robbins, Jeremy Robbins; great-grandchildren: Makenzi Brewer and Robert Manning. Preceded by a daughter: Barbara Pannell in 2012; sisters: Claudie Doolin, Nora Knox; sister-in-law: Jo Cleta Williams; brothers: Earl Lindsey and Bill Lindsey. Frances was a longtime member of the Nazerene Church and attended West Paris Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and also worked and retired from Campbell's Department Store formerly of Paris. A family member said that they, she and her husband were inseparable and just celebrated their 75th wedding anniversary. Memorials may be made to Relay For Life, P.O. Box 1505, Paris, TN 38242.
