Mr. Francis Lee Gallimore, age 67 of Puryear passed away Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville. His funeral service will be 2:00 PM Sunday, January 15, 2017 at McEvoy Funeral Home with Gary Collier and Benji Bona conducting the services. Burial will follow at Bird's Creek Cemetery in Whitlock. Visitation will be from 4:00-7:00 PM on Saturday and after 12:00 PM Sunday until service time at 2:00. Pallbearers will be Brandon Gasper, Jeremy Myrick, Chris Presson, Doug Brockman, Jamie Myrick, and Rodney Littleton. Honorary Pallbearers will be Alan Presson, Marty Valentine, and Brett Pugh. Francis Lee Gallimore was born November 11, 1949 to the late Gervis Macklin Gallimore and the late Donnie Ilene Orr Gallimore. On May 14, 1971 he married Glenda Presson Gallimore who survives in Puryear, Tennessee. He is also survived by one daughter, Jill (Jeff) Hill of Puryear, TN; two sons, Kevin (Jamie) Gallimore of Sharon, TN and Gervis (Candi) Gallimore of Paris, TN; one daughter-in-law, Traci Coleman of Paris, TN; one brother, Tellus "Mackie" (Wanda) Gallimore of Puryear, TN; seven grandchildren, Tori and Raegan Hill, Kaine Gallimore, Cody, Lucas, and Brooklyn Coleman, and Brandy Oliver; four great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. Besides his parents, Mr. Gallimore was preceded in death by a son, Timothy Coleman; and two brothers, Dorris Milton Gallimore and Darron Gallimore. Francis Lee Gallimore was an avid outdoorsman.
