There will be a Memorial Service at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday September 23, 2009 at McEvoy Funeral Home Chapel, visitation 4:00 until 8:00 Tuesday 4:00 until 8:00 and after 10:00 Wednesday. He is survived by special companion; Ann Brown, Paris, TN, sons; Brian (Michelle) Hopkins, Paris, TN, Chris (Shannon) Hopkins, Henry, TN, sisters, Barbara (Jim) Montgomery, Germantown, TN, Glenda Hopkins, Germantown, TN, Sherry (Steve) Fulton, Franklin, TN, brothers; Charles (Edna) Hopkins, Paris, TN, Arlon (Emily) Hopkins, West Point, MS, grandchildren; Brianna, Hannah, Tucker and Cori Lynn Hopkins, twelve nieces and nephews and thirteen great nieces and nephews, preceded by his parents; Roy Andrew and Robbie Smith Hopkins, brother; Gerald "Peck" Hopkins. He was a Methodist, attended E.W. Grove High School, Navy Veteran, active member of the VFW and Moose Lodge,had worked with Tank Lining, Holley Carburetor and Campbell Rhea all formerly of Paris, TN.
