Mr. Fred Britton, age 90, died at his residence at Rosestone Retirement Community, Paris, TN, Monday, March 1, 2010. His funeral will be conducted at 1:00 PM Thursday in McEvoy Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 - 8:00 PM Wednesday and after 11:00 AM Thursday at McEvoy Funeral Home. His wife, Myrtle "Myrcel" Woodcock Britton survives. They were married on July 12, 1941. He is also survived by a daughter, Mary Jane (Dr. Avery) Graham, Beaumont, TX, son, Thomas Britton, Paris, TN, daughter-in-law, Joan Britton, Sevierville, TN, and preceded by son, David Britton. He is survived by two brothers, Joe Britton, Avon Lake, OH and Harold (Marlene) Britton, Ypsilanti, MI. He has three grandchildren, Alexandra Avery, Heather Britton (Tracy) Hardin, Andrea Britton Collinswood, and great-grandchild, Kailey Hardin.
