Gary M. Deweese, 47, of Henry, TN. Went to Heaven on Saturday, May 17, 2025. He was a truck driver for Lewys in Paris, TN. He loved to fish and spend time with his family. He was the best husband, daddy, grandaddy, son and friend anyone could ever ask for. He is survived by his wife Sonya Deweese; parents, Catherine Deweese of Tiptonville, TN and Gary W. Deweese of Bardwell, KY; children, Cheyenne Deweese, Chuck Deweese, and Jimmie Deweese. He has one granddaughter that he adored, Magnolia Deweese who he affectionately called "Smoochie". He is also survived by one brother, Kevin Hassell of Obion, TN. There are no words to say to express how deeply he is missed. His funeral service will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday, May 22, 2025 at McEvoy Funeral Home, conducted by H.B. Fields of Eva United Methodist Church. Named as pallbearers are, Chuck Deweese, Jimmie Deweese, Michael Lewis, Clint Stoope, Danny Tubbs, and Jeff Brawner. Burial will follow the service in New Hope Cemetery of Martin. Visitation is scheduled on Thursday after 11:00 A.M. until time of service.
