Gerald Long, age 83, Paris, TN, died Wednesday at Paris Health Care Center. His funeral will be 11:00 AM Saturday at McEvoy Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM Saturday at McEvoy's. His wife, Lucille Futrell Long, preceded August 5, 1997. He is survived by children, Julie Steinhouser and Jerry Long, both of FL, step-son, Gary P. Bennett, Panama City, FL and Robert C. Bennett, preceded. He is survived by a sister, Doris Jacobs, Carthage, IL, step grandchildren, step great grandhildren, niece, Patricia Knustrum, Nauvoo, IL, great nieces, Shawn Howd, Chicago, IL, Dana Howd, Seneca, IL, great nephews, Dean Howd and friend Adena "Dee" Plowman, Paris, TN and great-great nephews, Dylan and Collin Howd, Paris, TN.
