Glenda Fay Ligon age 64 of Paris, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday August 9, 2017 at the Huntingdon Healthcare and Rehab. Her funeral service will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday August 12, 2017 at McEvoy Funeral Home with Dr. John Smith of Fairview Baptist Church presiding. Burial will follow at Memorial Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled on Saturday after 12:00 P.M. until service time. Mrs. Ligon was born on June 21, 1953 in Henry County to the late Tuck Younger and Bertha Hamilton Younger. She is survived by her daughter: Lisa Moseley of Paris; two grandchildren: Dustin and Devin Moseley; two sisters: Margaret Ann (Fred) Lingenfelter of Puryear and Linda Younger of Springville; her brother: Jimmy (Sue) Younger, Portage, Indiana; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends. Glenda was formerly married to Don Ligon who also survives. She is also preceded in death by two brothers: Richard and Tommy Younger. Ms. Ligon was a Baptist by faith who never met a stranger and really enjoyed talking and sharing stories with all she encountered. She had a very enthusiastic personality and always made over any gifts that she received. Glenda also enjoyed music, especially songs from the 70's. SERVICES Funeral Service
