Glendle "Ray" Anderson, age 84 of Paris, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, December 31, 2020 at Henry County Medical Center. His funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, January 4, 2021 at McEvoy Funeral Home with pastors Steve Gallimore and Craig Odom officiating. Burial will follow services in Birds Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled at McEvoy on Sunday from 4:00 until 7:00 P.M. and again on Monday after 11:00 A.M. until time of service. Named as pallbearers are grandchildren, Steven, Amy, Keith, Crystal, Shannon, Jay, Caleb, Mason, Ramon, Cassalyn, Conner and Caraline. Honorary pallbearers are his great grandchildren. Glendle Ray Anderson was born December 29, 1936 in McKenzie, Tennessee to the late Euing Ervin Anderson and the late Shelley Frances Lee French. He married Tennie "Tina" Irene Snyder Anderson on April 9, 1982 and she survives in Paris. He is also survived by his daughters, Rhonda (Phil) Price of McKenzie, Diana Anderson of McKenzie and Josie (Bruce) Callahann of Puryear; sons, Kenneth Anderson of Paris, Billy Anderson of Lago Vista, Texas, Stacey (Rhonda) Hawley of Yukon, Oklahoma and Teddy (Jennifer) DuBois of Paris; thirteen grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; one great great grandchild. Besides his parents Ray is also preceded in death by one great grandchild, Caden Lee Angel Blocker; sisters, Katie Williams, Flossie Snead, Jenny Arnold, Irene Bevel, Lucille Anderson; and brothers, John, Ralph, Wade and Ervin Anderson.
