Funeral service 1:00PM Friday, December 23, 2016 at McEvoy Funeral Home with Renee Mitchell officiating, burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park, Paris, TN. Named as pallbearers are Justin Phillips, Dylan Phillips, Phillip Jackson, Jay Culpepper, Steve Bucy and Bryce Hester. Honorary pallbearers Taylor Beseda, Patrick Beseda and Phillip Stewart. Visitation 10:00AM until service time at 1:00PM Friday. She was born February 28, 1933 in Henry County, TN to the late Dudley Culpepper, Sr. and Robbie Taylor Culpepper, her step-mother Rose Culpepper also preceded. On November 1, 1949 she married Wallace V. "Buck" Phillips, he preceded March 6, 2015.
