Funeral services for Mrs. Helen Crews, age 92 of Paris, will be conduct on Sunday, January 3, 2010, at 2:00 PM in McEvoy Chapel with burial to follow at Memorial Cemetery. Visitation for Mrs. Crews will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2010 at McEvoy Funeral Home from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Sunday after 12:00 noon until service time at 2:00 PM. Mrs. Crews is survived by several nieces and a nephew. She is preceded in death by her husband, Hertis Robert Crews, to whom she was married to on May 1, 1937, parents David K. and Grace Graham Scott, sisters Gladys Bell, Evelyn VanCleave, Merle Dunlap and Earline Cole, brothers Archie Scott, Hollis Scott, Charlie Scott, and Douglas "Jack" Scott. The family has asked that memorials be made to :Springhill Baptist Church Building Fund or the Henry County Rescue Squad.
