A memorial service will be held Saturday October 3, 2009 at 1:30 at McEvoy Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation for Buddy will be from 12:30 pm until service time. Buddy was married March 4,1954 to Diane Price who preceded November 3, 1995. Buddy is survived by a daughter, Audrey (Chuck) Evans of Bartlet,TN; a son H. M. "Buddy" (Theresa) VanNieuwenhuyze II, Paris; a sister Wanda Yarbrough, Littleton,CO. He was also survived by grandchildren, Justin VanNiewenhuyze, Scarlett Evans, Carly Evans and Rachel (Chris) Key, great-grandchildren, Kylee Kee and Colin Kee. Buddy owned his own business for the past 44 years. He served in the US Army in the Korean War as an engineer. He was a member of the Foundry Hill Community of Christ Church where he served as elder in the Priesthood.
