Funeral service 3:00PM Saturday at McEvoy Funeral Home with Dr. Trent Bullock, First Baptist Church Paris, officiating. There will be a service at Kinkade Funeral Home in Sturgis, SD Friday, January 11th at 10:00AM with burial to follow at Bear Butte Cemetery, Sturgis, SD. Visitation 2:00PM until service time Saturday at McEvoys. She was the daughter of the late Lynn and Venita Walter Escott. On June 12, 1955 she married James Graves, he survives in Paris. Survived by sons: Warren (Patty) Graves, Minot, ND, Wade Graves, Loveland, SD; brother: Dale Escott, Sturgis, SD; grandchildren: Sarah Rassier, Josh Graves, KC Graves, Audrey Graves and four great-grandchildren. Helen grew up in ranching country and horses were a great passion all of her life. she gave her heart to her Savior in 1956, serving in local Baptist churches and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Paris, TN.
