Mr. Henry Franklin Smith, age 83, of Ogburn Street, Paris, TN, died May 26, 2008 at his residence. No service or visitation will be scheduled. He is survived by a daughter, Shellie Rebecca Smith Gilliam, Paris. A son, George Dawson Smith, III, preceded in 1985. He is also survived by two Step-Grandchildren.
