Hershel J. Cook, age 97 of Paris, TN, passed away Saturday February 6, 2016 at Henry County Medical Center in Paris, TN. Funeral service 12:00Noon at Sulphur Well Church of Christ with Bro. Randy Stephens officiating. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery in Memphis, TN. Visitation 10:00AM until service time Wednesday at Sulphur Well Church of Christ. He was born January 29, 1919 in Hornersville, MO to the late Archie and Lenora Ezell Cook. On November 16, 1973 he married Norma Alexander Cook, she survives in Paris. Survived by a daughter; Carol Ford, Memphis, TN; grandchildren: Karen Thompson, Christie McVay, Kevin Ford; five great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild and numerous nieces, nephews and special friends. Preceded by a sister: Doris Mann; brothers: Earl Cook, Leo Cook and Archie Cook, Jr. Mr. Cook was a member of Sulphur Well Church of Christ.
