Mrs. Idell R. Pierce, age 96, of Memorial Drive in Paris, died, Thursday, June 22, 2006, at Henry County Medical Center. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 24th at McEvoy Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Memorial Cemetery. She and her husband owned and operated Pierce's Grocery Store for many years.
