Ina Mae Franklin Wynn, age 93 of Henry, TN, passed away at her residence on Tuesday, August 24, 2021. Her funeral service will be at 1:00 PM Friday, August 27, 2021, at McEvoy Funeral Home with Russell Ragsdale of Friendship Baptist Church where she was a longtime member officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11:00 AM Friday until service time at 1:00 at McEvoy Funeral Home. Ina Mae Franklin Wynn was born September 7, 1927, in Memphis, TN to the late Benjamin Franklin and the late Viola Milton Franklin. On July 5, 1946, she married Willis Wynn and he preceded her in death on August 9, 2017. Ina Mae worked 25 years as a cashier for Jim Adams IGA. She was an excellent seamstress who enjoyed vegetable and flower gardening. She loved animals and often adopted many strays. Ina Mae is survived by two daughters: Patsy (Phillip) Jackson of Paris, TN, and Linda (Ricky D.) Nash of Henry, TN; five grandchildren: Lauri Jackson (Mark) Torsak, Cliff G. Jackson, Chris Steven Turman, Michael Andrew (Kristin) Turman, and Michael Damon (Katie) Nash; ten great-grandchildren; and her special friends and neighbors, Katie and Danny Williams. Besides her parents and husband, Ina Mae was also preceded in death by a sister and a brother, Mildred Green and Earl Robbins.
