Jacob "Jake" Fowler, age 21 of Paris, passed away Tuesday, November 26, 2019. His funeral service will be 2:00 PM Friday, November 29, 2019 at McEvoy Funeral Home with Adam Currence officiating. Burial will follow at Poplar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11:00 AM Friday, November 29, 2019 prior to the service. Pallbearers will be Joseph Todd, Donavon Beecham, Brad Moore, Tyler Cox, Jamie Cox, and Cliff Cox. Honorary Pallbearers will be Dalton Fowler and Triston Reddick. Jacob Fowler was born February 24, 1998 in McKenzie, Tennessee to Terry (Lela) Fowler of Blue Mountain, MS and Bridget Cox of Paris, TN. He is also survived by his sister, Kaylee Marr of Paris; two brothers: Triston Reddick and Dalton Fowler of Blue Mountain, MS; maternal grandparents, Belinda (Danny) Morgan and Billy Cox all of Paris and Sheri (Jerry) Carter of Mansfield; paternal grandparents, Ronnie and Carol Fowler of Milan, TN; special aunts & uncles: Mary Nell (Tony) Grooms, Doug (Lori) Odom, Steve (Jan) Odom, Karen (Bobby) Barton, Timmy (Candice) Fowler, and George Fowler; and numerous cousins. Jake went to Lakewood School and Henry County High School before moving to Blue Mountain, MS. While in school in Henry County he was on the Paris Piranhas' swim team and played soccer and football at Lakewood School. He worked for Vaughn Construction and Wheatley's Lawn Service.
