James Edwin "Jimmy" "Bubba" Cox, age 66, Springville, TN, died at his residence, January 12, 2010. His funeral will be conducted at 2:00 PM Thursday at Springville Church of Christ with burial to follow in Poplar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00 - 8:00 PM Wednesday and 9:00 - 11:00 AM Thursday at McEvoy Funeral Home, then from 12:00 noon until service time at 2:00 PM at Springville Church of Christ. His wife, Janice Johnson Cox survives, they were married June 16, 1963. He was the son of James and Ruth Paschall Cox. He is survived by sons, Michael L. (Lesa) Cox, Paris, TN and James A "Andy" Cox and special friend, Denise Gaulding, Springville, TN, sister, Mary Nell (Tony) Grooms, Paris, TN, sisters-in-law, Judy Cox and Carol Cox, both of Paris, TN, brother, Billy Cox, Paris, TN, brother-in-law, Larry (Linda) Johnson, Paris, TN, and preceded by brothers, Joe H. Cox and Bobby Cox. He is survived by four grandchildren, James Michael "Jamie" Cox, James Clifford "Cliff" Cox, William "Tyler" Cox and Amanda Marie "Amy" Cox, two step-grandchildren, Justin Ross Carver and Stephanie Kay Carver.
