James "Lawrence" Golden, age 62, of Paris, Tennessee passed away on Monday, February 4, 2019 at Henry County Healthcare Center. His memorial service will be 1:00 P.M. Friday, February 15, 2019 at McEvoy Funeral Home with Frank Gibson to officiate. Lawrence was born on February 16, 1956 in Memphis, Tennessee to the late Lidle A. Golden and the late Virginia Smith Golden. He is survived by daughter: Amanda D. Golden of New Orleans, LA; grandchildren: Jarett Golden and Ceiarria Tharpe; sisters: Carolyn (Steve) Cannon and Mary Ann "Maggie" (Jerry) Scott, all of Paris. Besides his parents, he is also preceded in death by his brother: Robert Leslie Golden. Lawrence was an avid hunter and fisherman who loved the outdoors. SERVICES
