James B. Lemonds, age 78 of Paris, TN, died October 9, 2008 at his residence. Funeral will be 1:00 PM Saturday at McEvoy Funeral Home, visitation will be from 6:00 - 8:00 PM Friday and after 11:00 AM Saturday. He was born in the old 23rd Dist. in Henry County and was married to Betty England Lemonds who survives. He is survived by three children, Paula (Jerry) Merrell, Lainsburg, MI, Sheila Ashworth, Nashville, TN, Evan (Lisa) Lemonds, Paris, TN and former daughter-in-law, Debbie Merritt, Murfreesboro, TN. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and several step-grandchildren nd numbrous step-great-grandchildren.
