Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Friday at McEvoy Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Birds Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Friends may call at McEvoy's from 5:00 until 8:00 on Thursday and after 10:00 on Friday. James is survived by his parents Jimmie F. and Bettie R. Hurst Wade of Paris, a sister Shirley Hardin, Madisonville, KY, a brother John Reagan Wade, Paducah, KY and special friend Patti Strader of Madisonville, KY. He was a 1978 graduate of Henry County High School, 1983 Graduate of Murray State University receiving his Masters Degree in Engineering, he was a licensed pilot and had a passion for flying. He was employed with Gemtron Corporation in Madisonville, KY as a Sr. Engineer in manufacturing.
