Janet Opal Laffoon Burgess, age 69, of Hidden Pines Lane, Springville, TN, died on Sunday, September 24th at her residence after an illness. Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, September 27th, at McEvoy Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Poplar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday and after 9:00 A.M. on Wednesday.
