Janice B. Adams, age 83 of Paris, passed away Friday morning, September 2, 2016 at Paris Healthcare and Rehab Center. Her body will be cremated and her graveside memorial service will be Friday, September 9, 2016 at Rose Lawn Memory Garden with burial to follow. Cory Glover of First Christian Church in Paris will officiate. No visitation is scheduled prior to the service. Janice Brummitt Adams was born May 20, 1933 in Paris, TN to the late B.B. Brummitt, Sr., and the late Georgie Loving Luszcz. On December 22, 1951 she married Billy Joe Adams who preceded her in death on April 18, 2013. She is survived by one son: Michael D. Adams of Paris, TN; one son-in-law: Ronnie G. Boyd of Paris, TN; three grandchildren: Joshua B. Perritt, Eric S. Adams, and Adam D. Boyd; and two great grandchildren. Besides her parents, Mrs. Adams was preceded in death by one daughter, Allyson Ann Adams Boyd; one sister, Joyce Ann Keith; and one brother, B.B Brummitt, Jr. Janice was a member of the First Christian Church and she formerly worked as a nurse.
