Janice Platt Foust, age 64 of Paris, passed away Thursday, January 12, 2023 at her residence. Her funeral service will be Saturday, January 14, 2023 at 2:00 PM at McEvoy Funeral Home, 507 W. Washington Street in Paris, with Dr. Trent Bullock of First Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11:00 AM Saturday at McEvoy Funeral Home prior to the service. Janice Platt Foust was born November 7, 1958 in Astoria, OR to the late John Edward Platt and the late Rose Marie Paschall Platt. On October 23, 1976 she married Charlie Foust and he survives in Paris, TN. Janice was a member of First Baptist Church in Paris. She worked at Paint Plus Flooring and was very talented at her crafts and enjoyed her hobbies. She also enjoyed her time with her dog Snoopy. In addition to her husband, Janice is also survived by two sons: Marshall (Lindsay) Foust of Paris and Garrett (Elise) Foust of Brentwood, TN; and grandchildren: Annabelle, Brodie, Charlie, Rowan, and Miles Foust.
