Jasmine C. Burton

Jasmine C. Burton, age 31 of Paris, TN passed away Wednesday, August 25, 2021, at Henry County Medical Center. Her Celebration of Life will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 1st, 2021 at McEvoy Funeral Home with Craig Peevyhouse officiating. Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM Wednesday and continue until time for her celebration of life service. Jasmine was born December 13, 1989, in Murray, KY to Jo Ann (James) Hoffman of Paris, TN, and the late Michael Burton. She worked at Henry Co. Medical Center in emergency admitting. She graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin and she was an aspiring author. In addition to Jo Ann and James, Jasmine is also survived by two sisters: Jessica (Joshua) Craig and Alex (James) Ashby, all of Paris, TN; one brother, Dyllon Holle of Marysville, KS; maternal grandmother, Alice Crick of Paris, TN; paternal grandparents: Delbert & Mary Hoffman of Haddam, KS; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends including Annette Crick, Stephen Myers, Diane (Khalid) Hendawi, Tariq Hendawi, and Shane McGuirt. Besides her father, Jasmine was also preceded in death by her cousin, Bessma Hendawi.
