Johnny Farmer of Bethany Baptist Church officiating, pallbearers; Autry Robinson, Cliff Curd, Jerry Webb, Randy Roberts, Michael Adams, Michael Mayfield. He is survived by his mother; Carolyn Forrest, The Villages, FL, sister; Barbara (Richard) Mayfield,Paris, TN, half-sister; Wanda Sue Bussey, Paris, TN, brother; Lewis Forrest, Rochester, MI, aunts; Lurene French, Dr. Ozane Adams, niece; Carolyn Mayfield, nephew; Michael Mayfield and a number of cousins. Preceded by his father; Edwin Mardell Forrest. He was a member of the UAW Local 174 and a member of the National Hot Rod Association.
