Jeffrey Loucks age 48 of Cottage Grove,TN passed away Monday November 16th at his residence. His body is to be cremated there will be a private memorial service at a later date.Jeffrey is survived by a companion Cynthia Normandin of Cottage Grove,TN and a brother Roger Hart of Paris,TN. Mr.Loucks is a Army Veteran serving in the early 1980's.Memorials may be made to a local Food Shelter or Animal Shelter.
