Funeral service 1:00PM Wednesday at McEvoy Funeral Home with Bro. Fred Shackelford of Springhill Baptist Church officiating, burial will follow in Bevil Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers are Mark Lee, Michael Lee, Darryl Page, Terry Page, Bille Ray Page and Joe Page, honorary pallbearers are Johnny Dunn and Chris Martin.
Visitation 6:00 - 8:00PM Tuesday and after 10:00AM Wednesday.
He was born in Paris, TN to the late Alvin Lee and Mentie Alberta Owens Page. On December 20, 1961 he married Diana Lampkins Page, she survives in Paris.
Survived by daughters: Penney Page Williams, Paris, Leslie Page, Paducah, KY; son: Jeff Page, Henry; sisters: Wanda (Sam) Beal, Paris, Nellie (Don) Szabo, Paris; brothers: Billie Page, Henry; Gene (Sue) Page, Henry; grandchildren: Misty Marshall, Chris Page, Wesley page, Victoria Page, Rachel Diana Williams; four great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and a special friend: Johnny Dunn, Paris.
Preceded by a brother: Hulon Page.
Jerry spent his early career working as a painter and at the Dr. Pepper Bottling Plant. He later worked at a family-owned service station before opening Page's Dozer and Trackhoe Service, which he operated for 35 years. After retirement, he could often be found at any of the local coffee shops or showing his prized Chevy Bel-Air at area car shows. He had a tremendous work ethic, loved his family and will be deeply missed.
