Funeral service for Mr. Williams will be at 2:00 PM Friday June 10, 2011, McEvoy Chapel with Bro. Bobby Campbell officiating, burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation 4:00 - 8:00 PM Thursday and after 10:00AM Friday. He was the son of the late Ollie Blackman Williams, Sr. and Myrlie Jane Butler Williams, he married Betty Dean Ford February 18, 1948, she preceded February 7, 2009. Survived by daughter: Mary Jane (Tammi) Williams Maynor, Norton, OH, sons: Jerald D. (Susie) Williams, Clarksville, TN, Paul E. (Gayle) Williams, Grand Haven, MI, Ollie B. (Anne) williams, Brunswick, OH, Keith A. Williams, Cleveland, OH, sister: Margaret Young, Cleveland, OH, brother: Phillip Lincoln Williams, Cleveland, OH, eight grandchildren, four step- grandchildren, fourteen step-great grandchildren, ten step-great great grandchildlren and special friends: Marilyn (Donald) Glaab and Mason Sykes, Puryear, TN, Matthew (Stephanie) Sykes, Nashville, TN. Preceded by sisters: Mary Helen Williams, Mozelle Chilcutt, Glenelle Brooks, brother: Ollie B. Williams, Jr. and a grandchild: Shawn D. Williams. Bill was a member of the Central Point Baptist Church. He worked for 38 years at Alcoa as a pipefitter returning to Henry County from Cleveland, OH in 1988. He was an avid gardener and well known for his tomatoes.
