Jewel Hopper, age 80 of Paris, TN passed away Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at her residence. Her body is to be cremated and no services are scheduled. Jewel Hopper was born August 15, 1943, in Camden, TN to the late Bob Kelly and the late Lilly Inman Kelly. On June 12, 1965, she married William H. Hopper and he preceded her in death on February 9, 2018. Ms. Hopper is survived by her son, David (Becky Ann) Hopper of Paris, TN; three sisters: Agnes (Ralph) Reichard of Camden, TN, Viola Webb of Paris, TN, and Sue Ann (Lonnie) Cullipher of Camden, TN; granddaughter, Christi Hopper (Leslie) Evans; and great-grandchild, Justin Evans. Besides her parents and husband, Jewel was also preceded in death by a great-grandchild, Bryston Evans; and two brothers: Robert Kelly and Billy Joe Haggard.
