Funeral service 2:00PM Tuesday at McEvoy Funeral Home with Bro. John Dale and Bro. Roger Graham officiating, burial will follow at Palestine Cemetery. She was born in Chester County, TN to the late John Newton and Mamie Jane Galbraith Robertson. On November 12, 1954 she married James Robert "Bob" Edwards, he preceded July 5, 2008. Survived by a sister Nona Faye Hicks, Hollow Rock, TN; brother: Joe N.(Loyce) Robertson, McKenzie, TN; nine great-nieces and nephews and five great great-nieces and nephews. Mrs. Edwards was a member of the Henry Church of Christ. She was a nursing assistant at Methodist Hospital of McKenzie.
