Ms. Joanne "Jodie" Speer, age 36, of Rison Street, Paris, TN, died Wednesday. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, October 7, 2006. There will be no visitation prior to the graveside service. She is survived by her father, Billy (Reta) Lowe, Paris, TN and her mother, Shirley Lowe, Bruceton, TN.
