Mr. John Thomas "Tom" Goddard, 81, of Puryear, Tennessee passed away at his residence Thursday, October 31, 2018. Mr. Goddard is survived by his wife, Linda Friesen Goddard; daughters, Karen and husband Steven Teem of Paris, TN, Brenda Prather of Puryear, TN, and Karen L. Ford of Camarillo, CA; son, Guy and wife Kimberley Goddard of Lancaster, CA; three brothers, seven grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family and friends. Mr. Goddard is preceded in death by his parents, Charles A. and Doris May Thomas Goddard; one sister and four brothers. Mr. Goddard was a 24 year veteran of the US Navy and served in Korea and Vietnam. A private family service will be held at a later date.
