Joseph "Tici" Chambers, age 78, a cherished husband and father, passed away peacefully on April 2, 2025, at Henry County Healthcare Center in Paris, Tennessee. Joseph was born on May 30, 1946, in Fort Benning, Georgia to the late Frank Crawford Chambers and the late Catherine Lynch Steinberg. His journey led him to the love of his life, Anne Indergard Chambers, and they were married on August 15, 1970. Their union was blessed with two sons, Barry Chambers of Paris, Tennessee, and David Chambers of Memphis, Tennessee. Joseph was a Methodist by faith and a United States Air Force Veteran. In addition to his immediate family, Joseph's memory will be honored by his sisters-in-law, Nancy (Jim) Jones of Greenville, Tennessee, and Susan Neese of Paris, Tennessee and by his nieces, Stacy Jones Bodary, Amy Armstrong, and Ellen Neese Adams. Mr. Chambers' Celebration of Life is scheduled for 4:00 P.M. Saturday, April 12, 2025 at McEvoy Funeral Home with Pastor Joy Weathersbee of First United Methodist Church to officiate. Visitation with the family is planned on Saturday, April 12, after 2:00 P.M. until time of service. Joseph suffered in his later years with Alzheimer's.
