Mr. Eddy Jones age 56, died January 2, 2009 at the Henry County Medical Center. Funeral services will be held Monday,11:00 A.M. January 5, 2009 at McEvoy Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Palestine Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 2 P.M. to 7 P.M. and after 10:00 A.M. Monday. Mr. Jones is survived by his wife, Marti Beseda Jones, whom he married June 17, 1972. He was the son of Marjorie Ruth Gately Jones who survives and the late Carpenter Edward Jones. He is also survived locally by his sons, Leland Edward (Amy) Jones and Nicholas Edward (Megan) Jones, both of Paris. His grandchildren are Amanda Jones, Taryn Jones, Winifred Jones and Wyatt Edward Jones. Mr. Jones is also survived by his sisters Linda (Leslie) Sykes and his twin Kathy (Gary) Collier both of Paris.
