Juanita Shell Johnson, age 62, of Puryear, TN, passed away Wednesday evening, June 29, 2016 at her home. Memorial Service 3:00PM, Saturday, September 3, 2016 at McEvoy Funeral Home with Bro. Barry Fowler, Hospice Chaplain, officiating. She was born August 28, 1953 in Paris, TN to the late Marvin Henley Shell and Lorine Martha Gaskins Shell. On September 20, 1969 she married Phillip Johnson, he survives, Puryear, TN. Survived by a son: Jason Ryan Shell, Puryear, TN; sisters: Betty Moses, Tellico Plains, TN, Wanda Faye (Dorsey) Dotson, Union City, TN, Lisa (Willie) McGee, Pinson, AL; brother: Marvin E. (Vickie) Shell, Trenton, TN and a number of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces and great great nephews. She was preceded by a brother: Michael Henley Shell, at birth.
