Judy Carol LaFever Borge

Judy Carol LaFever Borge, age 84, passed away Sunday, September 20, 2026.

She was born in Murray, KY on January 24th, 1942.

Her favorite activities were watching college sports and home improvement shows on TV. She was also a music lover, cookie-baker, painter, and crafter.

Judy was a military brat. She had lived in Paris, TN, Murray, KY, Essex Junction,VT, Albuquerque, NM, Eugene, OR, Hawaii and Australia. She loved to go and do.

She is proceeded in death by her father, Leslie (Jim) LaFever, mother, Dorothy Ezell LaFever and sister Peggy Davis. Peggy had just passed in May of 2026.

She is survived by daughters, Tracey Sanders (Brett) and Leslie Brewer (Kevin), of Paris and Jody Cauthen and husband, Kerry Johnson of Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She is also survived by five grandchildren: SJ Tate (Kaleb), Knox Brewer, Quinn Brewer, Ellie Cauthen and Lindsay Thornton. She has three great grandchildren: Willow, Theo and Enzo.

Family services will be planned for a later date.
