Karen Emma Frommherz
On November 4, 2021, Karen Emma Wolske Frommherz passed away at her home surrounded by family.
Karen was born March 29, 1950, the daughter of the late Benjamin and the late Emma Wolske of Gillett, Wisconsin. She was the sister of two siblings, Raymond and Patricia.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas Frommherz of Paris; three sons, Darick Frommherz of Paris, Ryan (Alexa) Frommherz of Madison, WI, and Trevor (Amber) Frommherz of Juneau, AK; one grandson, Phoenix Frommherz of Madison, WI; four granddaughters, Ashley Frommherz of Madison, WI, Kira, Nanibaa, and Shandiin Frommherz of Juneau, Ak; also several nieces.
She is preceded in death by her mother and father, as well as two siblings.
A loving mother, wife, and grandmother, she was a homemaker for many years in Wisconsin before retirement brought her to Paris. Karen and Tom were married for 51 years.
Karen enjoyed travel and camping, taking many trips in a camper with her family. Raising puppies brought her joy. Karen had numerous mini Schnauzers over the course of her life. In her spare time she enjoyed knitting and made many scarves, hats, and gloves for her children.
Karen will be greatly missed by her surviving family who best remembers her as a kind soul who devoted her life to her family.
