Karen Mae Brown Smith, age 44, Paris, TN, formerly of Louisville, KY, died at her residence Saturday, July 25, 2009. Her funeral will be at 1:00 PM Tuesday at McEvoy Funeral Home Chapel. Cremains interment will follow at a later date at Walker Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 - 8:00 PM Monday and after 11:00 AM Tuesday until funeral at 1:00 PM. She is survived by her parents, Jerald and Kay Chestnut Brown, both of Paris. She was formerly married to Michael L. Smith, Louisville, KY, son, Kevin Michael Lloyd Smith, Paris, TN, sister, Kathy Cole, Paris, TN, brother, Jerald J. (Penny) Brown, Nashville, TN, special friend, Teresa Haley and Stephanie Seay. She was preceded by a daughter, Jennifer Reagan July 4, 1985. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
