Funeral services will be conducted graveside 4:00 P.M. at Maplewood Cemetery for Mrs. Katherine Gaddy, age 96, of Memphis, TN formerly of Paris, TN. Visitation will be on Friday, July 16, 2010 at McEvoys from 3:00 P.M. until 3:45 P.M. Mrs. Gaddy was married to Joe Basil J.B Gaddy who preceded her. Mrs. Gaddy is survived by a daughter; William (Ann) Upchurch, Huntsville, AL, grandchildren; Dr. Elizabeth Ann Upchurch, Virginia Beach, VA, David (Patricia) Aldridge, Germantown, TN, Chris (Lee) Poore, Lexington, KY, Scott (Lynn) Drawdy, Houston, TX. Eight great grandchildren also survive her. Mrs. Gaddy was a life long member of First United Methodist Church; she was also a teacher and worked in various departments and committees in the church.
