Charles Cate officiating for Mrs. Kendall will be 1:00 PM Wednesday June 1, 2011 at Poplar Grove Cemetery Springville, TN,pallbearers; Michael Cox, Andy Cox, Billy Cox, Bill York, Joe Cate and Tony Grooms, visitation 10:00 to 12:30 Wednesday at McEvoy Funeral Home. She married Edgar R. Kendall June 15, 1937, he preceded June 20, 1989, also preceded by parents; James H. and Mary Clendenin Cox and a brother; James Cox. Survived by son; John W. (Pam) Kendall, Olive Branch, MS, granddaughter; Kathryn (Ronnie) Vesteras, Bellevue, NE, great-grandchildren; Kaiulani and Kekoa Vesteras both of Bellevue, NE and several nieces and nephews. She was a member of the Springville Church of Christ, former teachers aide, former Post Mistress at Springville Post Office and she attended the first day that Springville School opened on September 3, 1917.
