Ms. Kathy Swift, age 64 of Paris, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at her residence. Her body is to be cremated and a celebration of life will be planned for a later date. Kathy Lee Swift was born November 21, 1957 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Joseph T. Swift and the late Nola McGregor Swift. She married Gregory Jones who survives in Georgia. Kathy is also survived by her sons, Casey Garrison of Paris and Joseph (Amber) Murphy of Lafayette, Georgia; sisters, Brenda (Kenneth) Brinegar of Sandwich, Illinois, Charlotte (Ron) Dwyer of Mountain Home, Arkansas, Dory (James) Martin of Aurora, Illinois and Sandra Fredrick of Springville; brothers, Joe (Pam) Swift, Jr. of Mountain Home, Arkansas, Timothy Swift of Paris and Michael McGregor of Aurora, Illinois; grandchildren, Aubree Leann Murphy, Vanessa Garrison, Ethan Garrison, Evan Garrison, Benjamin Garrison and Alexis Garrison. Besides her parents, Ms. Swift is also preceded in death by her sisters, Wendy Garrison and Sharon Swift and by her good friend, Maggie Quinlan. Ms. Swift was a member of Thompson Creek Baptist Church. She was known by family to be a great cook who dearly loved her family and loved life. Kathy is also remembered to be a spunky lady who would lend a hand or come to the rescue of a total stranger.
