Larry Barger, age 73 of Paris, TN, passed away Friday November 27, 2015 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, TN. Funeral service 1:00PM Wednesday December 2, 2015 at McEvoy Funeral Home with Pastor Joyce McNeil of Old Landmark Church officiating, burial will follow at Olive Branch Cemetery. Named as pallbearers are Terrance Phifer, Michael Odom, Ron Marion, Ronnie Scott, Mark Odom and John Garner. Visitation after 10:00AM until service time . He was born April 7, 1942 in Milan, TN to the late Robert and Dorothy Barger. On March 15, 1976 he married Elizabeth Burnett Barger, she survives, Paris, TN. Survived by daughters: Angela (Frankie) Walker, Paris, TN, Kimberley (Thomas Strickland) Barger, Paris, TN; sons: David (Donna) Fellows, FL, Danny Fellows, FL, Michael (Angie) Odom, Paris, TN, Mark (Tammy) Odom, Paris, TN; sisters: Sue (Johnny) Sapp, Milan, TN, Debbie Nunnery, Milan, TN, Brenda (Rudy) Scott, Milan, TN; brothers: Johnny (Darlene) Barger, FL and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Preceded by a brother: Ronnie Barger. Mr. Barger attended Old Landmark Church, enjoyed his yard, flowers and gardening. Larry loved his family and church family.
