Mr. Manning passed away Saturday February 25, 2006 in Fairview, TN. Services will be Monday, February 27, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. in McEvoy's Chapel. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. Sunday and after 10:00 A.M. Monday. Burial at Bevil Cemetery with Military rites. Locally he is survived by a daughter Aldea (Tommy) Cooper and two sons, David and Harris (Kathleen) all of Springville, and a son Phillip (Sandra) from Franklin, TN.
