Lena Mae Snow Myrick, age 95 of Paris, passed away on Tuesday March 31, 2015 at Henry County Healthcare Center. Mrs. Myrick was a member of Chapel Hill Methodist Church formerly of Paris. She worked and retired from Holley Carburetor Plant with over 30 years of service. Lena enjoyed sewing and gardening. She is survived by a daughter Norma (Bill) Weaver, Paris; granddaughter: Leigh Ann (Keith) Crutcher, Gainesville, FL; great-granddaughter: Courtney Crutcher and a nephew: Bobby Turney, Lenoir City, TN. She was preceded by her husband: James C. Myrick January 27, 1997, they were married June 26, 1938; parents: Thomas P. and Lena Trotter Snow; son: James T. "Bubba" Myrick; sister: Mable Turney; granddaughter: Angela Horn; great-granddaughters: Leslie Horn and Jennifer Horn. Her funeral service will be held at 3:00PM Saturday at McEvoy Funeral Home with Bro. John Smith of Fairview Baptist Church officiating, burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park. Serving as pallbearers are Dennis Campbell, Johnny Myrick, Jamie Myrick, Bernie Bomar, Phillip Steele and Joe Houston. Visitation will begin at 1:00PM Saturday until service time.
