Funeral service for Mr. Boadway will be Sunday June 22, 2008 2:00 P.M. at McEvoy Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Walker Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday 4:00 until 8:00 and after 12:00 Sunday. The son of Edwin Boadway and Deane Emerson Boadway, both preceded. He was married to Linda Hart Boadway August 19, 1967, she preceded July 7, 1983. Survived by his daughters: Nikki (Lynn) Phifer, Big Sandy, Kim (Brian) James, Murray, KY; Step-son: William (Susie) Umstead, Buchanan, TN; Sisters: Holly (Art) Caspary, Canal Fulton, OH, Nancy (Richard) Daniels, Punta Gorda, FL; grandchildren; Alyssa Boadway, Courtland Phifer, Kaylee Phifer; step grandchildren; Brandon Umstead, Brooke Umstead, Faith Umstead, Lindsey Keatts, Morgan Phifer, Kaitlin Phifer; step great-grandchild Evan Keatts; close personal friend Richard Lamar. Mr. Boadway served in U.S. Marine Corp. during peace time, a retired car salesman and was of Baptist Faith.
