Leslie Dallas Evans Jr., age 53, of Puryear, TN died at his residence Saturday, February 13, 2010. His funeral service will be conducted at 12:00 noon Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at McEvoy Chapel with burial to follow in Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Monday at McEvoy Funeral Home. He is survived by his wife, Rita Owen Evans, they were married April 11, 1974. He is also survived by sons, Leslie Dallas Evans III, Puryear, TN, Mathew Evans, Paris, TN, and Lukus Evans, Puryear, TN; sisters, Wanda Judd, Summertown, TN, and Donna McGrady, Lewisburg, TN; brothers, Donald Ray Evans, Lawrenceburg, TN, Clayburn Inman, Lawrenceburg, TN; grandchildren, Dallas Evans, and Montana Evans, both of Big Sandy, TN, Cassidy Evans, and Alex Evans, both of Paris, TN. He is preceded by his father, Leslie Dallas Evans Sr.
