Louis A. 'Mike' Caldwell

Louis A. "Mike" Caldwell, age 84 of Paris, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, July 27, 2023 at his residence. His body was cremated and a memorial service is being planned later with burial to take place in Maplewood Cemetery. Mike was born February 28, 1939 in Henry County, Tennessee to the late James Alfred Caldwell and the late Margaret Bowles Caldwell. He is survived by his daughter, Beth Jean Ingram of Paris; sons, Louis Alfred Caldwell, Jr. (Freda Thorton) of Knoxville and Michael Cash (Jill) Caldwell of Paris; grandchildren, Brandon Caldwell, Courtney Caldwell, Cary (Meg) Caldwell, Jonathan Caldwell, Hugh Badger-Forand; great grandchildren, Declan Jace Brown-Ingram, Wesley Warren Caldwell and Benjamin Robert Caldwell; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. Besides his parents, Mike is also preceded in death by grandson, Codee Ingram; sisters, Frances Ailene Tidwell, Betty Jane Woods, Mattie Elizabeth Thrall and Margaret Anne Collins; and brothers, Joseph David Caldwell and William Bowles "Bill" Caldwell. Mr. Caldwell worked for many years at Midland-Ross, formerly of Paris and was a farmer in the Elkhorn community.
