Mack Allen DeShields, age 75 of Buchanan, Tennessee passed away Thursday, July 15, 2021 at his residence. His body is to be cremated and a family celebration of life will be held at a later date. Mack DeShields was born in Wynnburg, Tennessee to the late William DeShields and the late Lillian Rushing DeShields. He married Pamela Parks DeShields and she survives in Buchanan. Mack is also survived by his daughters, Sussie DeShields of St. Louis, Missouri and Natasha DeShields of Barnhart, Missouri; sons, Scott (Amy) DeShields of Murray, Kentucky and Thomas DeShields of Festus, Missouri; seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; brothers, Charles DeShields of Springville, Robert DeShields of Tiger, Tennessee and Gene DeShields who is constantly traveling the U.S. Besides his parents, Mack is also preceded in death by his three sisters, Toni Mae Rushing, Mary Bell Gable and Pearle Dean; and three brothers, Russell, William and Thomas DeShields. Mr. DeShields worked and retired as a supervisor for a steel mill in St. Louis, Missouri. He loved his family and was an avid outdoorsman who most especially enjoyed fishing.
